Neill is a commercial transactions specialist. Neill has expertise negotiating and structuring complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financing and development, joint ventures and limited partnerships.

Neill represents a broad cross-section of the real estate community including real estate advisors and asset managers, private equity funds, public and private international investors, entrepreneurial investors and developers. During the course of his career Neill has advised on several billion dollars’ worth of real estate transactions for a variety of real estate investment portfolios.

Clients appreciate Neill’s pragmatic style, attention to detail and responsiveness. He provides an exceptional level of service and care, working tirelessly to achieve the best outcome for his clients. Neill's approach allows his clients to focus on the business of real estate with confidence, knowing he has their legal back covered. 

Neill's prior experience includes practicing at a prestigious law firm in New York City and working in-house for a venture capital firm focusing on developing green technologies.

Outside of his law practice, Neill volunteers his time and knowledge as a member of the Board of Directors of the Museum of  Contemporary Canadian Art (MOCCA), is Chair of MOCCA's Building Committee and is Vice Chair of the United Jewish Appeal Real Estate Cabinet. His hobbies include golf and working to rescue and rehabilitate abandoned animals.
